Vous avez l'opportunité unique de contribuer à l'expansion de l'équipe des Solutions Contractuelles Technologiques (interim management) dans toute la région Wallonie et Bruxelles. **Que ferez-vous ?**
- Vous serez un partenaire commercial solide capable de construire une crédibilité au niveau exécutif en comprenant et en analysant les besoins de l'entreprise en matière d'IT et de Digital à court et long terme. Vous aspirez à devenir le conseiller de confiance de vos clients pour les soutenir dans de nouveaux projets.
- Vous utiliserez votre expérience pour identifier les besoins potentiels de projets et proposer la meilleure solution à votre client en recrutant les bons Interim manager technologiques. Vous pourrez également collaborer avec des collègues en contact étroit avec les Interim manager pour trouver ensemble les meilleures solutions.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Talent Solutions Manager responsable du suivi de nos Interim manager, tout en identifiant, sélectionnant et rencontrant vous-même des Interim manager pour rester bien informé du marché et mieux comprendre les défis de vos clients.
- Vous assurerez une collaboration de haute qualité entre toutes les parties en suivant de près chaque projet. Vous serez en effet le point de contact pour votre client en ce qui concerne tout ce qui concerne l' Interim manager en IT et digital, et vous suivrez personnellement chaque projet, du début à la fin.
- Vous travaillerez en équipe et comme une équipe. Vous ne dirigerez pas immédiatement des personnes dans l'équipe (bien que vous ayez la perspective d'évoluer vers un poste de manager), mais vous devrez immédiatement gérer de nombreuses relations avec les clients et les Interim manager.
- Nous vous encourageons à participer à des événements de réseautage professionnel et nous vous offrons tout le soutien nécessaire pour construire un réseau professionnel de qualité.
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Vous avez un master ou un bachelier professionnel.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle mínimale de 3 à 5 ans et surtout une grande ambition commerciale ; une expérience dans le recrutement en vente IT ou le développement commercial, ou une fonction similaire, est un atout mais pas obligatoire, l'attitude prime
- Vous êtes francophone, avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vous êtes naturellement curieux, capable de travailler de manière indépendante et de penser de manière proactive.
- Vous partagez notre passion pour trouver la bonne solution Interim manager et vous apportez de la variété dans votre approche et de nouvelles idées pour atteindre vos objectifs.
- Vous avez une grande persévérance et ne renoncez pas facilement.
- Vous êtes très communicatif et aimez établir des contacts avec les gens.
- Vous souhaitez exceller dans votre domaine et atteindre constamment les objectifs fixés. Les objectifs concrets sont une source de motivation pour vous.
