As part of the IP and Legal team, you are responsible for i4F’s and its partners extensive patent portfolio. This includes:

- Monitoring and further develop and improve the patent portfolio of i4F and its partners together with i4F’s external patent attorney partners.
- Continuously monitor third party technology and IP.
- Perform invalidity, FTO and infringement analyses.
- IP landscaping of i4F’s current and future focus areas.
- Be the intermediary between i4F’s R&D efforts and i4F’s patent filing partners.
- This function reports to the CIPO.
- Functie-eisen
- Engineering or other technical background (B.Sc., M.Sc. or PhD).
- Experience and interest in working with patents.
- Degree as a national or European Patent Attorney preferred.
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal driven and pro-active attitude and a real team player.
- Willing to work in a demanding environment with strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written. Dutch is a plus.
