**Job description**
- Responsible for all IP activities at Soudal
- Monitoring and further develop and improve IP related activities.
- Setting up strategies on different levels
- Continuously monitor third party technology and IP.
- IP landscaping of current and future focus areas.
- Training R&D and other departments in the IP field
- Working closely together with Soudal’s R&D and Product Management.

**Profile**
- Master’s degree
- Degree in IP preferred
- Experience and interest in IP, working with patents
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal driven and pro-active attitude and a real team player
- Fluent in English, verbal and written. Dutch or other languages are a plus
