**Votre mission chez Eurostar**:
Au sein de la Direction Finance & Administration, le département Continental Accounting & Control a pour mission, à travers l’amélioration continue de ses processus, de garantir la conformité des états financiers de la holding Eurostar Group ainsi que de l’ensemble des filiales continentales en produisant une information conforme, fiable et pertinente dans le respect des obligations légales et fiscales.
Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Accounting & control Continent et aurez en charge de piloter la production des reportings financiers et des comptes statutaires des filiales Continentales du groupe en mettant en place un contrôle interne financier robuste et en veillant à l’amélioration continue des processus.
**Vos principales tâches et responsabilités**:
- Assurer la conformité des liasses de reporting mensuelles au groupe SNCF selon les normes comptables internationales IFRS dans le respect des délais ;
- Préparer le management reporting mensuel des filiales Continentales (narratifs des variances en Bilan, Compte de résultats et Cash-Flow Statement) à destination du Continental Director ;
- Assurer la conformité des retraitements normatifs nécessaires (passage BeGaap vers IFRS) ;
- Assurer la qualité des livrables grâce aux plans de contrôles que vous mettez en place (exhaustivité, exactitude,...) ;
- Assurer le processus de réconciliations inter-compagnies ;
- Agir en tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié des équipes chargées de la Consolidation d’Eurostar Group en participant activement à la préparation des états financiers consolidés et des annexes relatives aux entités continentales ;
- Préparer les comptes statutaires, leurs annexes et les rapports de gestion des entités continentales (Belgique et France) ;
- Agir en tant que personne de contact dans le cadre des audits internes et externes sur votre périmètre ;
- Assurer un soutient au Continental Director en fournissant des analyses ad-hoc.
**Autres responsabilités**:
- Assurer un contrôle interne des processus financiers efficace ;
- Définir et veiller à l’amélioration continue des procédures et manuels comptables ;
- Assurer une veille proactive des évolutions en matière de comptabilité, de normes comptables ou d’adaptation des règlementations ;
- Agir en ‘system champion’ dans outils financiers existants et participer activement à l’implémentation de futurs nouveaux outils ainsi qu’aux projets sociétés ayant un impact sur les processus financiers.
**Requirements**:
- Vous possédez un Master en Finance
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, une expérience en audit ou une certification ITAA est très appréciée.
- Vous maîtrisez le Français et avez une très bonne connaissance active de l’Anglais (écrit et parlé)
- Vous avez une excellente maitrise des normes comptables belges et IFRS.
- Excel n’a aucun secret pour vous
- Vous avez une excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous savez vous organiser et gérer les priorités.
- Vous aimez entreprendre et être créatif.
- Vous aimez coopérer et travailler en équipe.
- Vous avez une personnalité positive, ouverte, enthousiaste et motivée.
