This position reports into the Head of HR for Central Europe and is based in Antwerp, Belgium

**What will you do**
Key Responsibilities***
- Drive and support the people strategy agenda across the countries
- Drive a strong culture, through organizational development interventions, coaching and close business partnering
- Partner with people leaders to shape the culture and maximize employee engagement
- Deploy and translate global talent strategies into local initiatives to attract & retain top talent and create diverse talent pools, and drive meaningful talent conversations
- Promote and coordinate collaboration across all parts of the HR functions (HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, ER/LR, Global Services), ensuring integrated solutions and a seamless experience for all stakeholders across the full lifecycle of an employee.
- Work directly with client groups to identify key capabilities for the future aligned with business goals
- Provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to people leaders
- Play a consultative role in employee communication, in change initiatives within client groups
- Partner closely with the CE HR Team and support and lead HR projects, across the cluster

- Required Qualifications
- University/ Bachelor’s degree; preferred area of study: HR, Social or Business Economics, Law, HR, Psychology, or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in HR or closely related field
- Experience in a multinational or in Consumer Goods Industry is a plus
- Minimum of basic Coaching skills
- Understanding basic financials and critical HR KPIs transferring into HR strategies to enable business growth
- Expertise in local labor law regulations, and experience with workers council is a plus
- Advanced presentation skills, story telling capabilities
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Experience in managing, planning and implementing projects and business support initiatives.
- Relationship management and strong collaboration skills.
- Able to influence, shape solutions and strong negotiation and partnership skills
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a must, French and German is beneficial
