We are looking for a Communication Officer to join our BeLux HR team.
- ** Your Role **:Never heard of Kuehne+Nagel? You’re not alone. - ** Your Responsibilities**:
Empower the Kuehne+Nagel image by:
- Carrying on our popular, in-house produced monthly magazine, filled with human interest stories, corporate updates, and various other topics,
- Writing local and global blog posts and press releases to keep our blog page up to date and communicate about BeLux initiatives/accomplishments,
- Maintaining our Social Media channels with diverse content (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn),
- Supporting and broadcasting internal communication via different channels (online and offline) to all BeLux colleagues,
- Taking pictures and making videos to support and spread messages,
- Handling ad hoc requests for all types of stakeholders,
- Organizing sports activities, fun afterworks, and corporate events,
- Elaborating internal communication campaigns with creativity, matching our corporate identity.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Bachelor or Master’s in communications, journalism or similar.
- Experience in marcom/communications/copywriting. Experience in B2B environment is a plus.
- Creative, organized, customer-friendly, independent, and good team player.
- Flexible and strong communication skills. Furthermore, you have good editorial skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe including Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Experience with Première is a plus.
- Multilingual: good knowledge of English (corporate language), and Dutch. The mother tongues of our employees are Dutch (65%), French (20%) and German (15%) so knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
- Willing to travel between our different sites within BeLux. Main office is located in Berchem (Antwerp).
- Affinity with a logistics environment is a plus.
