Ben jij gepassioneerd door het bevorderen van een veiligheidscultuur en het waarborgen van naleving van EHS-regelgeving. Heb je ervaring in het opstellen van KPI's en het implementeren van effectieve actieplannen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jouAls preventieadviseur kom je terecht in een bedrijf dat voor milieuvriendelijke chemie in de brandveiligheidsindustrie zorgt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:
- Het bevorderen van de veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.
- Vaststellen van KPI's voor de locatie, met bijhorende actieplannen.
- Naleving van EHS-regelgeving en -beleid waarborgen.
- Organiseren van evaluaties.
- Uitwerken van audits.
- Een adviserende en controlerende rol vervullen.
- Up to date houden en implementeren van het veiligheidsbeleid.
- Leiding geven aan onderzoeken naar veiligheidsincidenten.
- Zorgen voor trainingen en opleiding om de veiligheid voortdurend te verbeteren.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Master in chemie, ingenieur of een gelijkaardig vakgebied.
- Gecertificeerd als 'preventieadviseur Niveau 2'.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits en Frans is een pluspunt.
- Goede beheersing van MS Office, voornamelijk Excel.
