**Wat kan jouw bijdrage zijn aan de realisatie van onze missie?**:

- Je staat in voor **het beheer en de opvolging van alle technische klussen binnen het domein elektrotechniek**.
- Je lost klussen op binnen de specialisaties elektriciteit, alarmsystemen, domotica, toegang en beveiliging van de gebouwen.
- Je plant overleg in met leveranciers en service partijen.
- Je communiceert met alle betrokken partijen (collega's, service partijen, ) en je logt jouw activiteiten in onze systemen.
- Je volgt de werkzaamheden op aan installaties die door derden worden uitgevoerd (voorbereiden van bestelbonnen, controle van facturaties, )
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte voortgang van werkzaamheden in onze verschillende gebouwen.
- Je volgt het **periodiek onderhoud** en de keuringen op.
- Je zorgt voor de opvolging van onze verduurzamingsprojecten en de optimalisering van de aanwezige systemen.
- Je rapporteert aan Tobias, onze teamleader technical facilities.

- Je beschikt over sterke technische kennis in “droge technieken” (elektriciteit, verlichting, meettechniek, inregeling).
- Als analytische **probleemoplosser** ben je in staat tot ‘omdenken’ om zo nieuwe mogelijkheden te creëren.
- Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld **organisatorisch vermogen**. Je weet hoofdzaak van bijzaak te onderscheiden.
- Lijstjes afvinken, ‘**getting things done’**, you love it.
- Je beschikt over een technisch georiënteerd diploma op bachelorniveau.

- Ons team Facility is een dynamisch team van **technische specialisten** en **gezwinde planners**.
- Het team staat samen in voor het goed beheer van de gebouwen binnen onze brands **Upkot, Upliving en Upoffiz**.
- Het enthousiasme van het Facility team kent geen grenzen want, hun efficiënte aanpak geeft een boost aan onze communities.
- Het facility team zorgt voor een **vlekkeloos beheer**, waardoor studenten, young professionals en groeibedrijven comfort ervaren binnen onze gebouwen.
- Zowel het oplossen van urgente klussen als het uitwerken van een **preventief actieplan** zijn energiegevers voor het team.
- Via periodieke **conceptrondes** in onze gebouwen houdt het facility team vinger aan de pols om de kwaliteit van beheer en service te kunnen garanderen.
