**Company Description**
Eurofins CDMO is a leading international Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Europe. Our company focuses on drug product development and manufacturing for chemical/biological entities and drug substance development and manufacturing for biological entities. We support small and major biopharmaceutical companies in an innovative way to help them achieving their (pre)clinical milestones timely. Our facilities are perfectly designed for clinical and/or small scale commercial batches either for non-sterile or sterile dosage forms. With approximatively 350 staff, we operate out of 8 sites in France, Belgium and Italy.

Eurofins CDMO wishes to enforce its team with a Technical Business Manager and is looking for a professional with expertise in the biotech sector and/or experience in business development.

We are looking for a person that collaborates with the Director of Business Development of Eurofins CDMO in expanding the growth of the company by attracting business opportunities to Eurofins CDMO. This position will allow you to be in contact with clients and use your technical expertise to transform requests in a development plan.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Translate customer requests into development plans and prepare quotes.
- Help senior technical business managers in their daily tasks
- Help with the development of tools for facilitating the quotation process.
- Help with the translation of an offer into a project plan.
- Developing and adapting marketing materials for Eurofins CDMO such as presentations, website update.
- Interact with the TBM, BD and the operational team on a daily basis
- Depending on your interests this can be combined with BD activities

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor or Master Degree with scientific orientation (Pharmaceutical sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bio-engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related discipline with relevant expertise. A PhD is considered as a plus.
- Excellent organization, flexible and coordination skills.
- Excellent oral communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken. Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
