**Doelstelling**:
Als Facilitie Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren en optimaliseren van de faciliteiten en het wagenpark van onze klant. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van een soepele operationele werking, het bieden van een veilige en comfortabele werkomgeving voor hun medewerkers, en het beheren en vergroenen van het wagenpark. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en werkt nauw samen met diverse interne afdelingen.

**Voornaamste taken**:

- Plannen, organiseren en coördineren van alle facilitaire activiteiten en het wagenparkbeheer.
- Zorgen voor een optimale werkomgeving en het opstellen en implementeren van facilitaire procedures en richtlijnen.
- Beheren van het onderhoud en de reparatie van gebouwen, apparatuur en voertuigen om optimale werking te waarborgen.
- Budgetteren en het bewaken van kosten om ervoor te zorgen dat alle activiteiten binnen de gestelde budgetten blijven.
- Onderhandelen en samenwerken met leveranciers, aannemers en andere externe partijen.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven voor onze faciliteiten en het wagenpark.
- Opstellen van rapportages en het analyseren van gegevens om aanbevelingen te doen ter verbetering van processen.
- Verzekeren van naleving van gezondheids
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften op alle faciliteiten en voertuigen.
**Profiel**:
Jouw profiel:

- Master diploma in facility management, bedrijfskunde of een hogere technische richting.
- 4 Jaar aantoonbare ervaring als facilitair manager.
- Grondige kennis van facilitaire processen, gezondheids
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften, techniek (HVAC, elektriciteit,...) en duurzaamheidsprincipes.
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te motiveren en te begeleiden.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
- Resultaatgericht met oog voor detail.
- Rijbewijs B (indien van toepassing).
