**SCM Operations Support****:
Onze gewaardeerde klant, een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de Food Service sector, is gevestigd in de bruisende omgeving van Heist-op-den-Berg. Met een specifieke focus op het verbeteren van de gezondheid en het welzijn van vrouwen en hun families, onderscheidt ons bedrijf zich door innovatie en een internationale benadering binnen de Supply Chain en External Manufacturing. We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven professional om de rol van Support in SCM Operations te vervullen. Door deze positie te bekleden, draag je actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie en groei van onze organisatie.

**Dit zijn je **voornaamste taken**:
In de rol van Support in SCM Operations bekleden jouw verantwoordelijkheden een sleutelpositie binnen het External Manufacturing Operations-team van onze klant. Je zult een divers takenpakket uitvoeren, waarbij de nadruk ligt op operationele en projectgerelateerde activiteiten.

Ondersteuning bij Focus Factory Operations:
Je neemt actief deel aan operationele activiteiten binnen External Manufacturing Operations en coördineert projectgerelateerde taken ter ondersteuning van het Focus Factory Team. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij inventory management om operationele efficiëntie te waarborgen.

Disentanglement Project Support:
Je hebt een leidende rol bij het Disentanglement Project, gericht op de overdracht van activiteiten van CMO naar interne locaties. Hierbij onderhoud je action trackers, volg je overeengekomen acties op en faciliteer je vergaderingen en interacties in kleinere subgroepen. Daarnaast bied je algehele ondersteuning van Operations & Inventory Management om capaciteit vrij te maken voor projectgerelateerde activiteiten.

Proactieve Supply Chain Management:
Je voert processen uit met een proactieve benadering om identificatie, mitigatie, beheer en preventie van supply chain-gerelateerde problemen aan te pakken. Bij eventuele problemen bied je ondersteuning bij root cause-evaluaties en streef je naar continu verbeteringsinitiatieven.

De ideale kandidaat voor de rol van Support in SCM Operations bij onze klant beschikt over een Bachelor
- of masterdiploma (BA/BS of equivalent). Met mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement en/of manufacturing/operations toont de kandidaat uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal. Belangrijke vaardigheden zoals uitstekende interpersoonlijke, communicatie-, samenwerkings-, onderhandelings
- en projectmanagement
- vaardigheden zijn essentieel. De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring in verschillende bedrijfsgebieden, met name operations, supply chain en manufacturing, en beschikt over kennis van supply chain management en ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
