Technoform Insulation Solution Belgium is the newest company within the Group, dedicated to Benelux & French Market.

We are looking for a fulltime customer care agent for Belgium and the Netherlands with an engineering background and excellent sales and customer service skills.

What makes you stand out.

**Main tasks.**:

- Establish contact between the company, its suppliers and its customers.
- Enter and process customer orders/delivery notes/invoices
- Ensure the follow-up of customers; treatment of complaints, various requests,
- Participate in both local and transversal projects on various themes
- Promote the sale of the articles distributed by the company, respect the established sales conditions
- Admin support in extrusion & TP2 (confection)
- Contribute to the permanent growth of the company's activities, while improving its profitability
- You will be part of the NW organization, member of the transversal NW TP1 team and globally part of Technoform.
- You are in close contact with foreign sales colleagues.

What you contribute.

**Your Background & skills**:

- Junior or medior
- Engineering background with excellent sales and customer service skills
- Authentic person who can work autonomously and connect easily with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open, flexible, Long-term partnership oriented
- Strong language knowledge: Dutch, French and English
- Flexibility to travel
