Mission
In our Construction customer service department, you are the contact person of our customers network, consisting of professional users in the construction sector and dealers network who buy or rent our machines and accessories. You answer their questions and take care of their orders from the input in our ERP system to the invoicing. We are a Benelux organization and for this mission, you mainly work for the Belgian part of our service.
Main tasks
- You answer all the questions of our customers by phone or mail regarding orders, invoicing, delivery times, stock, technical details, repairs or returns;
- You take care of all orders received by mail, from the input of the order until the invoicing in our ERP system, and solve all delivery problems when needed;
- You inform our customers on available information sources (folders, dealer portal, website, catalogue, )
- You show a professional approach of all situations to ensure the best customer satisfaction level possible;
- You communicate efficiently with your colleagues of the Benelux customer service team, together with the sales, after sales & marketing team;
- You are ready to accept new challenges like work and procedures simplification and local stock reduction;
- You report to the Operations Manager Benelux.
**Qualifications**:
- You are a good team-player and customer oriented;
- You have some experience in customer service environment ( one or two years);
- You are flexible, dynamic and open minded;
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (mandatory);
