Als** Freight Forwarder import** ben je de **sleutelfiguur **die verantwoordelijk is voor het soepel verlopen van het **volledige transportproces**, vanaf het **samenstellen van zendingen tot aan de coördinatie en opvolging**. Je werkt nauw samen met een **gedreven team** en draagt actief bij aan constante verbetering en indrukwekkende resultaten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Jij voorziet klanten dagelijks van uitmuntende service op het gebied van **zeevrachtzendingen**.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt aanmaken en boeken van zendingen, waarbij je oog hebt voor kwaliteit en detail.
- Met jouw nauwkeurigheid zorg je voor **feilloze facturatie** en **verwerking van gegevens.**:
- Je houdt je strikt aan **werkinstructies **en **standaardprocedures**, waarbij je schakelt met** interne afdelingen en externe leveranciers**.
- Samen met je team streef je voortdurend naar **verbetering **en behaal je indrukwekkende resultaten.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt al een** eerste ervaring als planner **binnen zeevracht en weet als geen ander hoe deze branche werkt.
- Je bent een **communicatief talent** met uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden.
- **Klantgericht werken en samenwerken** zitten in jouw DNA, en je weet als geen ander hoe je **resultaatgericht **kunt bijdragen.
- Je denkt **proactief en procesmatig**, en je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
- Met jouw g**rondige kennis van MS Office**, vooral **Excel**, weet je altijd de beste resultaten te behalen.
- Je beheerst zowel **mondeling als schriftelijk** zowel het **Nederlands **als het **Engels**.
