Wat kan u verwachten?

In directe samenwerking met uw collega’s, staat u in voor de volledige administratieve opvolging en boekhoudkundige codering van de internationale dossiers in alle sectoren behalve van EB, vloten en Marine/Cargo.

Wij rekenen op u om:

- Het coördineren van de verwerking van internationale klantendossiers door de verschillende entiteiten binnen het bedrijf.
- Tijdig initiatieven en beslissingen nemen om te zorgen voor een accurate, tijdige en efficiënte verwerking van dossiers.
- Te zorgen voor de uitgifte van contracten, in overeenstemming met de acceptatievoorwaarden, rekening houdend met de deadlines.
- Te zorgen voor de uitgifte en verzending van certificaten.
- Premies en betalingen te berekenen en controleren, met inbegrip van het beheer van premie aanpassingen.

Met bijna 420 medewerkers in 4 kantoren - Brussel, Antwerpen, Luik en Gent - is Marsh de leider in risicobeheer, advies, onderhandelingen over verzekeringspolissen, alternatieve risicofinanciering en diensten in het beheer van verzekeringsprogramma's.

Wij leveren deze diensten aan bedrijven, verenigingen, beroepsorganisaties, openbare instellingen en particulieren.

**En collaboration directe avec vos collègues vous prenez en charge la gestion administrative et l’encodage comptable de dossiers internationaux toutes branches sauf EB, flottes, Marine/Cargo.**

- Coordonner le traitement des dossiers de clients internationaux par les différentes entités au sein de l’entreprise.
- Prendre des initiatives et des décisions afin d'assurer un traitement exact, rapide et efficace des dossiers.
- Assurez l'émission des contrats, conformément aux règles de souscription et dans un délai déterminé.
- Assurer l’établissement et l’envoi d’attestations.
- Emettre et contrôler les primes et paiements, en ce compris la gestion des régularisations de primes.
