To support its growth, Quinz is currently looking for a dynamic and rigorous professional support lawyer to join its team.
**Job description**
You will be a key member of our team and be in charge of the following tasks and responsibilities:
- case management for court proceedings;
- searches in jurisprudence and legal doctrine;
- monitoring new regulations, jurisprudence and legal publications in well-defined areas;
- support in the drafting, review and negotiation of different types of agreements;
- know-how and contract management;
- assistance with team management and compliance monitoring; and
- provide support for business development initiatives such as client seminars, legal submissions, student events, etc.
**Profile**
- You have obtained a Belgian Master in Law/Criminology or equivalent through experience;
- Relevant experience in a law firm or the legal department of an international company is definitely a plus but not a prerequisite;
- You are a problem solver and you appreciate taking initiatives;
- You are rigorous, well-organized and service-oriented;
- You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch as well as English and/or French; and
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office.
