**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions** is currently looking for a **Financial Analyst (M/F/x) **to join a company based in Flemish Brabant.

The scope of **responsibilities** for this job as **Financial Analyst **includes:

- Support the management financial consolidation and reporting of operations ;
- Support financial analysis and prepare managerial monthly reporting to management in European Head Office on financial result and/or projects ;
- Support the BP and Forecasts for Machine Sales and SVC based on forecasted units, price increase and sales incentives ;
- Prepare the variance analysis for Machine profitability between Actual, BP and Forecast ;
- Support finance staffs in group companies in Europe and improve accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency of accounting and finance reporting ;
- Support in organization of European Management Committee meetings and any other European Finance Meetings ;
- Identify, propose and implement efficiency improvements for the department.

The requested **qualifications** for this job as **Financial Analyst **include:

- You have a Master Degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent by experience ;
- You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset ;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Finance (Audit/Finance Analyst/Business Analyst) ;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office ;
- You are numbers oriented and you are also interested in the industry ;
- You are a great communicator and you are able to work with colleagues from different cultures.
