Fund Structuring Paralegal

**Your tasks**

Supporting our lawyers in their day-to-day transactional work within fund structuring:

- Drafting (basic) legal documents.
- Assisting and following up on legal transactions from beginning to end.
- Simple communication with clients concerning their transactions.
- Assisting in corporate housekeeping.
- Playing an active role in the further development of the knowledge management of the team and taking part in the knowledge management of the entire firm.

**Profile**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in (para)legal studies or you have significant experience working in a similar position.
- You are tech savvy with a keen interest in the current developments in legal tech.
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- You have excellent IT skills, and you are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are open to training.
