- en rekruteringskantoor dat zich specialiseert in verschillende HR-jobs. Met ons ruim klantenbestand en uitgebreid netwerk gaan wij voor jou op zoek naar een langdurige en succesvolle samenwerking.
**Takenpakket**:
Jouw takenpakket als HR Sales Consultant:
- Je maakt een analyse van het huidig HR-beleid en past je kennis toe om een goede implementatie van de HR-digitalisering te configureren.
- Als HR Sales Advisor treed je op als ambassadeur van het bedrijf ten opzichte van verschillende klanten.
- Mogelijkheid om zelfstandig een gevarieerd en internationaal portfolio te beheren.
- Verzorg de opleiding voor de de HR medewerkers van je klanten die gebruik maken van het platform.
**Profiel**:
De omschrijving waarin jij jezelf kan terugvinden als HR Sales Advisor:
- Een eerste grondige ervaring binnen HR.
- Je hebt een ‘getting things-done mentaliteit’ en bent commercieel ingesteld.
- Bovendien kan je vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
