Mission
Le project coordinator GSP est responsable, avec le Duty Operations Officer de l’organisation du REX, d’animation de l’Obeya et du suivi et de la réalisation du plan d’action GSP. Le project coordinator suivra également les KPI de la gestion de crise.

Les responsabilités du **Project Coordinator GSP **sont:

- Assurer le suivi des actions suite aux retours d’expérience, réunions régularité et ponctualité : identifier les actions avec l’équipe de l’amélioration continue et le Duty Operations Officer. Être à l’appui des équipes opérationnelles pour la réalisation des actions. Rassurer un reporting mensuel sur évaluations des actions
- S’assurer de l’évolution des standards GSP : vérifier que les astreintes utilisent les standards GSP et évaluer après chaque gestion de crise si les standards sont encore applicables ou une évolution est nécessaire ou si des nouveaux standards doivent être identifier
- Reporting des KPI GSP : rassembler les différentes données à travers les départements opérationnelles et mettre à disposition les KPI GSP pour les débriefs et la réunion mensuelle Obeya
- Evolution de l’outil TREX : être le SPOC entre les utilisateurs et l’équipe, identifier les besoins des utilisateurs et faire évoluer l’outil, garantir un bon fonctionnement de l’outil
- Participe au cycle d’astreinte secrétaire de crise
- Être à l’appui du réfèrent du cycle secrétaire de crise pour assurer les formations des astreintes
- Participer aux exercices de crise et préparer les scenarios : participer à l’exercice dans le jeu de rôles, préparer avec le Head of Operations le scenario (jeu de rôle). Prévoir les documents de support
- De afdeling Operations is onder leiding van de directie Operations verantwoordelijk voor de operationele opvolging van de implementatie van het transportplan en het beheer van wijzigingen, rekening houdend met de veiligheid, de klanttevredenheid en de stiptheid. De afdeling bestaat uit een Head of, een Production/Security/Training Coordinator, een Duty Operations Officer en 16 medewerkers die 3 operationele posten bemannen volgens uiteenlopende uurroosters. De Project Coordinator BVS biedt ondersteuning aan de Duty Operations Officer.

De Project Coordinator BVS is samen met de Duty Operations Officer verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de feedbackrapporten, de uitvoering van de Obeya en de follow-up en uitvoering van het BVS-actieplan. De Project Coordinator volgt eveneens de KPI's voor crisisbeheer op.

De verantwoordelijkheden van de **Project Coordinator BVS **zijn:

- De follow-up verzekeren na feedbackrapporten en regelmatigheids
- en stiptheidsvergaderingen: samen met het team voor continue verbetering en de Duty Operations Officer de acties bepalen. De operationele teams ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van acties. Maandelijks verslag uitbrengen over de actie-evaluaties
- Zorgen voor de evolutie van de BVS-normen: controleren of de wachtdiensten de BVS-normen gebruiken en na elke crisisbeheersing evalueren of de normen nog steeds van toepassing zijn en of er aanpassingen of nieuwe normen nodig zijn
- KPI-rapportage voor BVS: de verschillende gegevens van de operationele afdelingen verzamelen en de BVS-KPI's beschikbaar stellen voor de debriefings en de maandelijkse Obeya-vergadering
- Evolutie van TREX: de SPOC zijn tussen de gebruikers en het team, de behoeften van de gebruikers vaststellen, de tool laten evolueren en de goede werking verzekeren
- Deelnemen aan de crisissecretaris-wachtdienstcyclus
- De contactpersoon voor de crisissecretaris-wachtdienstcyclus ondersteunen voor de wachtdienstopleidingen
- Deelnemen aan crisisoefeningen en scenario's voorbereiden: deelnemen aan het rollenspel, het scenario (rollenspel) voorbereiden met de Head of Operations. De ondersteunende documenten voorzien
- Profil
Vous avez une formation Bachelier avec une expérience de 2 ans dans l’ opérationnel sur le secteur transport et/ou ferroviaire.
- Vous parlez couramment de français (écrit et oral) et l’anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un plus.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le Pack Office.
- Vous êtes organisé et autonome.
- Vous avez un excellent sens de la communication.
- Vous êtes créatif et avez une bonne capacité d’analyse
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma met 2 jaar operationele ervaring in de transport
- en/of spoorwegsector.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
- Je bent volledig vertrouwd met het Office-pakket.
- Je werkt georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator.
- Je bent creatief en kunt goed analyseren.
