As Business Consultant you will be representing and accompanying the Telenet Commercial teams in _
- _Major Transformation initiatives redefining and implementing new processes, the new IT landscape within Telenet Business _
- _Business As Usual initiatives covering the various evolutions of the Telenet Business Portfolio and Applications _
- As Business Consultant, you will be responsible for: _
- _Stakeholder Management _
- _Impact assessment on sales tools, sales dashboards, sales processes and sales teams _
- _Functional Requirement gathering, definition and documentation _
- _Development prioritization and review _
- _Steering the discussions and decision-making in Sales Operating Model Definition & Alignment _
- _Change Management & Operational Readiness Alignment- What we have to offer _

- Our ideal Business Consultant _
- ... should have a solid (>5 years) experience in both project management and business analysis. _
- _You have a bachelor's or master's degree. _
- _You have a strong track record in the Telecom and ICT world _
- _You are able to interact at different levels within the customer organization and to look for a supported solution in a diplomatic manner _
- _You should have a mínimal experience in at least one of the following domains AGILE, JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, SQL. _
- _You must feel comfortable to work with a diverse set of stakeholders in a quickly evolving environment _
- _You have strong communication, diplomatic and good stakeholder management skills to guide, influence and convince others. _
- _You are able to clearly formulate a complex (technical) matter to a general (non-technical) audience._
