Voor het nieuwe Cardo Brussels hotel (+500 kamers) zijn we op zoek naar een receptie medewerker die een goede ambassadeur zal zijn voor dit 5-sterren hotel.

De belangrijkste taken zijn:

- klanten verwelkomen en hen een goede aankomst bezorgen
- registratie van de gast volgens de richtlijnen
- vragen van gasten beantwoorden, problemen oplossen en klachten behandelen
- een correcte afrekening maken wanneer de gast het hotel verlaat
- gasten assisteren met bagage
- als gastvrouw/gastheer optreden bij bepaalde evenementen in het hotel
- een oogje in het zeil houden op de ingang van het hotel, en ongewenste gasten of andere verdachte activiteiten melden bij ons security

**Profil**:

- minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
- positieve uitstraling
- enthousiaste teamplayer
- nauwkeurig en correct
- goeie kennis van MS Office en kennis van opera is een plus
- open minded en flexibel
