En tant que Teamleader ICT Service Desk, vous organisez et dirigez l'équipe ICT Service Desk.

MISSION:
Vous définissez les objectifs de l'équipe, établissez le planning des tâches et distribuez l'information utile au sein de l'entreprise. Vous accompagnez, coachez et motivez les membres de votre équipe, encouragez leur développement personnel et veillez à une action continue.

En outre, vous participez à;établissement et la gestion des budget de l'équipe, vous évaluez les services fournis par cette dernière et veillez à ce qu'ils soient utilisés efficacement. En tant que point de contact privilégié de nos clients (internes et externes), vous vous chargez des négociations avec ces derniers et leurs offrez le support nécessaire.

Vous vous assurez également que la stratégie définie par le management soit connue et suivie par tous les membres de votre équipe, et ce, grâce à un suivi rapproché de leur travail.

Enfin, vous développez une vision à long terme, basée sur cette stratégie, et suivez les évolutions du marché. Vous laborez aussi étroitement avec d'autres équipes.
