**ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS** is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Desk Manager to oversee the operations of our service desk. As the primary point of contact for IT support and services, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Team Management: Lead and manage the service desk teams, ensuring they provide exceptional IT support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the effectiveness of the service desk.
- Incident and Escalation Management: Oversee the escalation process, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to coordinate and streamline service delivery, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive the implementation of best practices, including ITIL frameworks, to enhance the quality and efficiency of the service desk.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field.
- Certification: Professional ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is required.
- Experience: Over 10 years of proven experience in IT support/service desk management, with a successful track record of leading teams and managing service delivery.
- EU Secret Clearance is required.
