In line with the overall company strategy, the IT Domain Lead coordinates, manages, supervises and/or participates in the delivery with regards to an IT domain at Delhaize, contributes to related strategies and ensure their implementation within the assigned domain to ensure the realization of short-, medium
- and long-term IT domain objectives and to ensure qualitative delivery in line with the needs and requirements of the business.
- You contribute to the development of assigned IT domain strategies and ensure their implementation in the organization to ensure that strategies optimally direct mid/long term activities for the assigned area and are compliant with global Ahold Delhaize (IT) strategy.
- You contribute to the development of effective business solutions through improvements in IT systems and IT solutions for the assigned area and ensure their implementation in the business in order to ensure that the IT projects / solutions optimally impact the profitability or effectiveness of the business.
- You plan, organize and supervise people and teams who deliver solutions, projects or services and take an active part in the delivery for the assigned IT domain to ensure the effectiveness of services, the efficient use of resources and the delivery of results in line with objectives or requirements (such as completion time, quality, continuity, compliance, budgets, IT security policy).
- You evaluate, identify, develop and/or deploy appropriate IT domain tools, systems, and infrastructure in order to maximize the value of business tools & systems and contribute to the effectiveness of the operations.
- You initiate, build and/or maintain/expand partnerships with a variety of colleagues and external providers / partners in order to ensure that the activities of the IT domain are as well as possible embedded within the Ahold Delhaize (IT Supply) organization, to make optimal use of external resources and/or technologies and to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are heard, and interests are taken into consideration where possible.

**Je profiel**:

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related Finance discipline.
- You have proven records in related fields of expertise - between 5 to 15 years of experience.
- You have experience with the following operating systems : Windows Family, VMWare, VirtualBox & SAP (FICO - VIM - SD - ECC).
- You have experience with programming languages : CSharp (C#) &.NET Core, C#, VB.NET &.Net Framework (Winforms, Sql Server Management Studio), Visual studio 2019/2022 &Visual Studio 6.
- You have experience with MS SQL.
- You have excellent communication skills : English + French and/or Dutch.
- You are result-oriented and stress-resistant.
- You are an analytical & conceptual thinker, a problem solver.
- You have strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
