Job Title: Backoffice Assistant

Location: Wijnegem, Belgium

**Job Description**:
As a Backoffice Assistant, you will enhance customer service and administrative functions to improve procedural efficiency, drive sales, increase profitability, and improve KPIs. You will support the Directors, keep in contact with Customer Service Netherlands and the Showroom Coordinator, and liaise between external and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service
- Manage internal/external customer service queries and support Belgian territory.
- Oversee goods in/out, sample collections, biannual inventory, and sample sales.
- Ensure accurate order entry and database maintenance.
- Provide sales team visibility on payments, shipments, cancellations, and reorders.

Administration
- Resolve customer queries promptly.
- Raise invoices and credit notes.
- Allocate received funds accurately.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks.

Quick Overview
- Administration: Order inputting, invoicing, accounting, inventory management, shipping documentation, office administration.
- Communications: Liaise with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. First point of contact for office visitors. Coordinate global operations.
- Logistics: Plan and organize with warehouse manager, follow up on deliveries, maintain logistics reputation.
- Project Management: Solve problems proactively, optimize operations processes.
- Professional, proactive, and organized.
- Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable to a demanding environment with a “can-do” attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Driver’s license B.
