Fashion Customer Relalions Assistant

Je behoudt een vertrouwelijke band met zowel je leveranciers als je klanten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bij vragen geef je de nodig informatie over orders en aankopen. Je ondersteunt het sales team en beheert de agenda van de showroom. Daarnaast zet je alle informatie in het CRM-systeem;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de showroom altijd netjes klaar staat voor klanten, je zet de nieuwe collecties klaar en zorgt ervoor dat de kleren geprijsd zijn. Je biedt de klanten een uitstekende service aan. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de catering in orde is. Kortom je ontfermt je over de showroom;
- Je staat in voor de stockflow en alle stock moet up-to-date gehouden worden. Je houdt rekening met grote leveringen;
- Je volgt de betalingen van de klanten en stelt creditnota¹s op. Je beheert retour-zendingen en het inwisselen van de kleding.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent flexibel in je uren, vooral tijdens het hoog seizoen. Dit valt te compenseren tijdens het laag seizoen;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans beheers je goed;
- Je bent vriendelijk en kan goed communiceren met mensen, je bent een people-person;
- Je gaat proactief te werk, je bent heel georganiseerd en je behoudt een grondig overzicht;
- Je kan goed in een team werken en je bent positief ingesteld.
