**Who are we?**

Parma Distribution is a luxury B2B fashion agency located in Antwerp serving the Benelux regions and the UK and Ireland too. Our agency, founded on the philosophy of creating meaningful relationships with our clients is supported today by a multi-disciplinary and driven team. We operate with a can-do attitude and priority to excellent service every day at Parma Distribution.

Today, we work with a mix of high end premium brands including: Jacob Cohen, Paul & Shark, Moorer, Lardini, Fedeli ,For the future, our agency aims to continue to grow by onboarding new brands and spreading its wing into new territories and to continue to achieve this we are looking to strengthen our backoffice team.

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to come join our team.

**What is the role?**
- You are the point of contact for customers and give excellent service
- You maintain good relationships with our partners, suppliers and colleagues
- You offer general assistance to our sales team in their day-to-day job
- You make sure our CRM system is up-to-date at all times
- You manage the showroom agenda
- You are responsible for the stock flow, additional orders, exchanges and returns
- You prepare the collections in the showroom (unpacking, pricing, setting up)
- You are responsible for the management of our showroom ( stationary stock, arrange the catering)

**Your skills?**
- You can work independently and can perform under pressure
- You are service and sales oriented
- You have good communicative skills and are a team player
- You work in an organised and systematic manner
- You fluently speak and write Dutch, English and French
- You have some experience in a similar position
- You have a passion for fashion
- You are flexible in terms of job content & hours (no 9/5 mentality)
- You are willing to roll up your sleeve and know how to get things done
- You are a problem-solver and are stress resistant
