**About the job**
As the E-commerce Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our online strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing and enhancing our website, overseeing web development initiatives, implementing integrations, and efficiently managing the back-office operations through Shopify. Your technical affinity and creative flair will contribute to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

**General responsibilities**
- ** Website Management**: Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- **Web Development**: Collaborate with developers and designers to implement innovative website features, enhancements, and design improvements that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
- **Shopify Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify back-office, including product uploads, inventory management, pricing updates, and order fulfillment.
- **User Experience (UX)**: Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize site navigation, layout, and content, ensuring an intuitive and engaging shopping experience.
- **Performance Analytics**: Monitor key e-commerce metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize the sales funnel.
- **Mobile Optimization**: Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile customer base.
- **SEO and SEM**: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to the website.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, design, and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall brand strategies.
- **Stay Current**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and web development.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, web development, and Shopify back-office operations.
- You are based in Belgium or willing to relocate
**Skills**
- Proficient knowledge of Shopify
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and analysis
- Fluent in English
**Nice to haves**
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with front-end frameworks.
- Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
