**Our Junior Consultancy Projects**:
In collaboration with UCLL we offer numerous opportunities for students of the Banaba Advanced Business Management to execute their junior consultancy project with us. Each year, we work together with a driven and motivated group of students towards a common goal and success of the projects. Last year, we were able to welcome around 15 interns throughout the business.
We offer projects in all possible business areas. If you can think of any area, topic or even a single task, we will be able to create a project surrounding this.
We always have numerous opportunities listen on our career site, but we are open to finding and creating a position which will align the most with your experience, interests and development goals. Therefore, we don’t limit ourselves to the positions which are already open.
For each project, a designated coach will be assigned who is eager to work with a student and who will guid you throughout the project. You will be guided but based on your experience and how comfortable you feel already, you will receive more and more autonomy and responsibilities to continue your development in all possible ways.
**The Junior Consultancy Project Application Process**:
The initial interview will be a first opportunity to get to know you better. We want to determine what your interests are, what your background is, what you hope to learn and what you might want to do as a project. In addition, you want to know more about you personally as you might possibly be joining our company for several months. We also want to provide any information you might need as you might have questions, concerns, doubts, or a general interest for more information
With the information that we have gathered from the interview, we will connect to different teams and managers to find the position or project which would align the best with your needs. If we can find a fitting project, a second and final interview will be scheduled with the possible coach
When the perfect match from both sides has been established, we will be able to move further with the set-up of our collaboration.
**Our Young Talent Program**:
Terumo Europe offers an extensive program for all students looking for a junior consultancy project or internship position. Within this program, you will be a part of a community of students. You will be able to connect with one another through several events to promote a sense of belonging and to just enjoy your time together at Terumo. During such sessions, you will collaborate through fun initiatives, and you will be able to meet a lot of interesting people from Terumo Europe, like a Vice President of one of our departments or business units. We want to create a safe and fun environment where you will get all the room to grow and where we aim for you to feel great at all times.
