Pour continuer notre croissance et rejoindre notre bureau de Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **:HR Consultant - Recrutement et Sélection**

**Missions et responsabilités**:
En tant que HR Consultant, vous contribuez activement au bon développement de nos clients, à travers les RH. Après une solide formation, vous prenez graduellement le leadership et de l’autonomie sur les différentes responsabilités de la fonction, comme suit:

- **Recrutement et Sélection **:_
- Comprendre les attentes liées aux profils recherchés, et rédiger des annonces attractives et les publier sur les différentes plateformes online.
- Identifier et attirer les profils pertinents en exploitant les outils modernes de recrutements : réseaux sociaux, bases de données, approche directe, cooptation, etc.
- Mener des entretiens de sélection, rédiger les rapports et fournir un feedback à nos clients.
- Occasionnellement, prendre part à des événements externes de recrutement.
- **Gestion de la relation clientèle **:_
- Développer un climat de confiance et maintenir des contacts réguliers avec les clients.
- Détecter, comprendre et approfondir les besoins des clients.
- Rapporter régulièrement l’avancement des démarches vers les clients.
- Conseiller adéquatement nos clients et driver les procédures de recrutement.
- **Projets, Administration et Reporting **_**:

- Mener à bien des projets visant l’amélioration du service.
- Effectuer le suivi administratif des dossiers.
- Rapporter de manière régulière l’évolution des démarches réalisées et de celles à venir.

**Profil**:

- Vous disposez d’un Baccalauréat ou d’un Master en RH, Psychologie, ou équivalent.
- Une réelle motivation pour la chasse de têtes, dans le monde industriel et scientifique.
- Esprit d’équipe, rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve). Convivialité et curiosité intellectuelle.
- Bonne gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs postes ouverts simultanément.
- Bonne communication en français et en anglais. Le néerlandais est un réel atout.
- Aisance avec l’informatique, le web et la suite MS Office.
- Vous êtes disposé(e) à vous déplacer entre nos bureaux de manière ponctuelle.
