Accounting Specialist

Als onderdeel van het Finance-team krijg je de taak om de dagelijkse boekhouding van de organisatie en haar filialen te beheren, waardoor je een sleutelrol speelt op financieel vlak in het bedrijf.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je behaalde een relevante diploma in Accounting, Finance of Economie.
- Een mínimale werkervaring van 3 tot 5 jaar in boekhouding/financiën is nodig.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhoudnormen.
- Je kan vlot overweg met alle programma’s van MS Office.
- Deadlines schrikken je niet af.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en nauwgezet bij het verwerken van gegevens. Je spreekt vloeiend Engels zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Een goede kennis Duits is een sterke troef. Talen zoals Frans en Nederlands zijn een pluspunt.
**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Je bent steeds bezig met de dagelijkse boekhouding voor de groep en zijn dochterondernemingen.
- De facturatie en betalingen, van zowel klanten als leveranciers, wordt door jou gedaan.
- Je hebt een relevante ervaring opgedaan met bankreconciliaties, evenals interco - en voorraadreconciliaties.
- Je bent bekend met het proces van loonverwerking en onkostenrapportages.
- Je staat ook in voor het invullen van belasting - en wettelijke aangiften op maandelijkse en jaarlijkse basis.
- Verder volg je de klanten op als er nog eventuele openstaande schulden zijn.
- Je zorgt voor goede opstellingen van budgetten met verschillende afdelingen en doet een maandelijkse follow - up.
- Zorgen voor maandelijkse financiële rapportages, analyses en een goede balans controle is niet onbekend voor jou.
- Je staat in om zowel consolidatieboekingen voor te bereiden als te boeken.
- Indien nodig, analyseer je het verkoop, de kosten en KPI - prestaties. Tenslotte assisteer je bij maand en jaarafsluitingen en beantwoord je de vragen van accountants.
**Wat krijg je?**:
- Je werkt meteen vast op fulltime basis. (38u/week)
- Je geniet van een brutoloon dat start vanaf €4000 tot €4500, afhankelijk van je achtergrond, ervaring in het veld.
- Extralegale voordelen zoals: maaltijdcheques van €8/ gewerkte dag, ziekteverzekering en groepsverzekering voor pensioensparen.
- 20 dagen jaarlijks verlof + 12 ADV - dagen. Het bedrijf is ook jaarlijks gesloten op Kerst en Nieuwjaar.
- Gratis parkeerplaats en vervoerskosten worden betaald. Telewerken is een optie.
