**To complete our team, we are looking for a (M/F)**:
**ANALYST-DEVELOPER JAVA/MOODLE**
Permanent contract, full-time position based in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), teleworking two days/week.
**Mission**
The Analyst-Developer (M/F) reports to the Department Manager. He/she is an expert on technological features and will contribute to several ambitious and key projects:
- Imagine, develop and implement content for a Moodle LMS hosting language courses (29 languages) for international students bringing gamification, graphics, animation and 3D to e-learning as well as innovation and adaptation to impairments.
- Develop a new, engaging and fun animated content for the learners.
- Develop e-learning modules and curriculum content for language trainers
The Analyst-Developer works closely with Instructional Designers to make sure course content and delivery meet the needs of the targeted audiences.
**Details of the function**
- Analyze project needs, and translate end-user experience into system requirements and technical specifications.
- Design the Business processes
- Imagine a solution that will meet the requirements with a high-quality level, based on good development practices including systematic testing
- Design a prototype and develop functional modules of an e-learning system created in storyline articulate (with Java scripts) and hosted in LMS Moodle.
- Develop and document the solution, the user's guide and the maintenance guide
- Maintain, correct, upgrade and enhance the solution
**Profile description
**Your profile**
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position: e-learning experience, technical and functional experience with LMS, digital learning etc.
- You have proven experience with LMS Moodle, scorm compliance, xapi, tin can.
- You have proven development experience using Java and PHP
- You are proficient with Moodle and plugin developments or any similar Learning Management System,
- Deep knowledge of Storyline articulate
- You are open to continuous learning
- You can work autonomous as well as in a team
- You have a high sense of quality
- You have the ability to write technical and end-users documentation in English and/or in French.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced technical environment with tight deadlines.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of service support.
- You have a strong interest in language learning.
