We are looking for a** Digital Project Manager **who will firmly and confidently walk through the door of their biggest clients, strengthening the agency’s bond with insightful solutions and critical advantages.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You’re the missing link. The day-to-day contact for the account managers and clients, receiving briefings, analysing them thoroughly and transmitting them to the production teams.
- You know the client's business objectives. When receiving a briefing you connect the dots and create added value.
- You provide clients with detailed budgets, plannings and estimation updates that you elaborate in close collaboration with the production teams.
- You cultivate close links with the production teams and 3rd party suppliers, collaborating in good spirit yet remaining demanding on high-quality deliverables.
- You work directly with developers or other service providers to develop custom made solutions.
- You ensure good roll out, implementation and adoption of solutions by the relevant teams.
- You verify if the deliverables achieve the desired quality and whether they are aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
- You drive each project with an Agile methodology.
- You maintain existing solutions by anticipating and planning native platform changes.
- You organize and sets clear expectations in regard to tasks and deliverables.
- You prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests.
- You report to the Head of Digital.
**Your profile**:
- You’re not even in the slightest bit phased when we say you'll work on our biggest clients from D-1 of your arrival.
- As an experienced project manager (minimum 4 years) you impress us with your successful track record in a digital agency.
- Though a relevant Master’s degree may not be required, we would consider it to be a testament to your acquired skills and inherent potential.
- You have experience in managing teams using the Agile Methodology. You are Agile certified? That's a plus
- So do any other additional accreditations, certificates, trainingsfor that matter.
- It helps if you’ve got Account management skills. Because, yes indeed, sometimes you’ll venture off into AM Land when a specific project requires this.
- Fast-moving, rapidly growing work environments are your cup of tea.

- Big talker or not, your communication skills are excellent, effortlessly juggling numerous stakeholders at once.
