**_VAARDIGHEDEN EN ERVARING _**
- Minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen marketingcommunicatie (Bachelor of Master).
- Ervaring in het begeleiden van communicatieprojecten.
- Je bent goed drietalig (NL, FR, ENG).
- Je bent een multi-tasker met een innovatieve en strategische mindset.
- Je bent een goede communicator en een echte teamplayer.
- Je bent in staat op een gecoördineerde/planmatige manier een project tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je bent een echte doorzetter en je stelt je flexibel op wanneer je een deadline moet halen.
- Je houdt van netwerken, zowel intern als buiten de organisatie.
- Je hebt goede redactionele vaardigheden.
- De missie van UNICEF, ontwikkelingssamenwerking, kinderrechten wereldwijd en duurzame ontwikkeling zijn belangrijk voor jou.

- Als Marketing Communication Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, het beheer en de evaluatie van communicatieprojecten en campagnes naar bepaalde doelgroepen en het grote publiek om de doelstellingen van onze Fundraising en Advocacy-activiteiten te ondersteunen._
- De Marketing Communication Officer rapporteert aan de Communication Manager en werkt nauw samen met de andere leden van het communicatieteam, zijn interne opdrachtgever(s) alsook eventuele externe partners._

**_VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN _**
- Je staat in voor de ontwikkeling van het communicatiemateriaal en/of campagnes gericht op het grote publiek en/of bepaalde doelgroepen om de doelstellingen op het gebied van fondsenwervingen pleidooiwerk te realiseren.
- Als projectmanager voer je planmatig een communicatie-project/campagne uit (aan de hand van een communicatieplan) met respect voor het vooropgestelde budget, de afgesproken timing en de te bereiken doelstellingen in overeenstemming met de behoeften van de interne stakeholders.
- Je staat in voor het meten, interpreteren en rapporteren van de vooropgestelde KPI’s.
- Je schrijft duidelijke (technische) briefings.
- Je produceert, implementeert, bewaakt en verspreidt communicatiemateriaal (en andere permanente communicatieondersteuning zoals: brochures, visuals, video's, posters, audio's).
- Je proefleest/herleest communicatie-inhoud met betrekking tot communicatieprojecten.
- Je beheerst de regels met betrekking tot de UNICEF-branding en zorgt ervoor dat deze toegepast worden in de communicatieprojecten met zowel de interne als de externe partners.
- Je neemt proactief het accountmanagement op van de aan je toegewezen Vrijwillige Ambassadeur(s).
- Je bent in staat analyses, verslagen en resultaten van een communicatiecampagne te interpreteren en implementeert de resultaten van marktonderzoek.
- Je evalueert communicatieprojecten en verwerkt de resultaten in een presentatie.
- Je onderhoudt een duurzame relatie met externe partners en bureaus.
