Notre client, un groupe industriel de renom, recherche son/a futur/e Key Account Manager.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Vous développez le portefeuille de clients existants et développez de nouveaux clients industriels pour la Business Unit, créant ainsi les bases d'une collaboration à long terme.

Vous travaillez avec une liste de cibles que vous avez définie, en concertation avec d'autres personnes de l'entreprise.

Vous comprenez très bien les besoins et créez de nouvelles opportunités avec de nouveaux clients.

Vous répondez et anticipez leurs attentes, en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale du groupe.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les technico-commerciaux, ainsi qu'avec les personnes de la production, de la qualité, etc.

Vous suivez de près l’exécution des contrats et évaluez la satisfaction des clients.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec des collègues de différents départements.

Vous participez à des salons.

Vous travaillez avec le marketing et partagez des informations sur la concurrence et le marché.

Vous suivez votre portefeuille et votre budget, faites des mises à jour régulières et gardez un œil sur le marché pour détecter les opportunités à saisir.

Vous rapportez au Directeur Commercial Industrie Europe.

**Profil**:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un master, ou équivalent par expérience.

Vous disposez d'une expérience dans la vente de produits techniques en milieu industriel et connaissez le secteur sidérurgique.

Vous êtes un puissant influenceur et un bon réseauteur et savez convaincre les clients (potentiels).

Vous avez un fort sens du travail d'équipe et travaillez avec les collègues sur les meilleures offres pour les clients.

Vous êtes très orienté client et axé sur les résultats.

Vous êtes à l'aise de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

Vous êtes organisé et structuré ; proactif et entrepreneurial.

Vous avez un bon niveau de néerlandais et d'anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.
