Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Process Manager pour une société belge de conseil et de courtage en risques ayant plus de 30 ans d'expérience et se concentrant sur les moyennes et grandes entreprises. En tant que Process Manager, vous êtes responsable du fonctionnement de nos processus opérationnels. Vous êtes capable de structurer une multitude d'informations, tant pour vous que pour les autres. En outre, vous veillez à ce que les décisions soient mises en œuvre de manière adéquate, en accordant une attention particulière à l'aspect du changement.
**Description**
En tant que gestionnaire de processus, vous serez chargé de diverses tâches, notamment la conception, l'optimisation, l'unification et la mise en œuvre de l'architecture des processus.
- Vous effectuez de manière proactive des analyses de processus afin d'identifier les goulets d'étranglement et vous en discutez avec les différentes parties prenantes, telles que les collègues, la direction et les services informatiques.
- Sur cette base, vous prenez des décisions sur les ajustements à apporter au fonctionnement du processus afin d'accroître l'uniformité et la simplicité là où c'est possible.
- En outre, vous veillez à ce que les décisions prises soient correctement mises en œuvre en prêtant attention à la gestion du changement.
- Vous assurez également une documentation complète au niveau de l'architecture, de l'intégration, de la formation et du coaching. Le processus est contrôlé en permanence et, si nécessaire, vous relancez le cycle du processus pour identifier de nouveaux goulets d'étranglement.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou d'une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que gestionnaire de processus, de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance.
- Vous n'avez pas peur du changement et savez comment inspirer vos collègues pendant les processus de changement.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication et vous vous entendez bien avec un groupe diversifié de parties prenantes.
- Vous êtes proactif, connecté et savez agir de manière décisive en même temps.
