**Job Description**:
As an IAM Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing and adjusting IAM processes to ensure compliance with the IAM policy within the environment. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining a "need-to-have basis" approach for accesses, emphasizing privileged accesses. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of the new organizational structure that aligns with IAM best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and adjust IAM processes to ensure compliance with IAM policy, focusing on accesses granted on a need-to-have basis and privileged accesses.
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of the new organizational structure that adheres to the principles of "need-to-have basis" for accesses.
- Challenge designs from a technical and security perspective, providing solutions to improve IAM practices in the organizational landscape.
- Define realistic SLAs/KPIs for IAM processes and conduct targeted checks to measure their effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver reports on the status of IAM to various stakeholders.
- Monitor authorized accesses and initiate recertification when necessary.
- Restrict privileged accesses to minimize the risk of cyber attacks.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries and questions regarding IAM from employees.
