For our headquarters in Ottignies, we are looking for a (M/F) « Supply Coordinator ».

Your Mission

As Supply Coordinator, you will be a key player in the Supply Chain Team. You will manage the supply process in order to ensure that our raw materials (spare parts or sub-assembly from sub-contractors) are ordered and received on time with desired quantities to produce our machines and deliver customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Placement of Purchase Orders to our suppliers
- Management of reminders based on the production priorities
- Follow up on received goods and missing parts
- Strong relationship with the suppliers to ensure that the supplied parts are responding to our needs
- Liaise with the other departments (warehouse, quality, purchase, planning, production, customer service) in order to satisfy customer’s needs (internal and external customers).
- Key User of SAP PU module.

**Profil**: Skills
- You are highly motivated and enthusiast in your work
- You learn easily and you seek for continuous improvement
- You feel comfortable with systems like SAP
- You are able to structure, manage and improve processes
- You can easily plan and prioritize your work
- You speak French and English

Education

You have minimum a bachelor degree (ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics or economics) or you have relevant work experience (min 2-3 years).

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)

The knowledge of SAP is an important plus.

**Offre**: We offer you a temp contract follow by a perm contract OR a perm contract directly if you are already under contract (perm).

A gross salary between 2500 & 3000 euros.
