**LE TRAVAIL**:
Pour la région de Liège, nous recherchons un coordinateur supply qui prendra part aux activités logistiques d'Infrabel.

En tant que Supply Coordinator, vous veillez au déploiement et ensuite au bon fonctionnement des SPM (Service Point Maintenance):

- Vous suivez le système de selfscan où vous effectuez un suivi journalier des besoins des clients internes, des stocks disponibles et des commandes de réapprovisionnement.
- Vous êtes responsable de l’approvisionnement des distributeurs d’EPI.
- Vous prenez les actions nécessaires pour garantir un bon niveau de stock et un bon taux de service vers les clients internes (techniciens). Vous prenez les contacts nécessaires avec d’autres magasins ou services Supply si nécessaire, afin de garantir la continuation des travaux prévus.
- Vous entretenez des contacts réguliers avec vos clients internes afin de toujours poursuivre l’objectif de satisfaction client.
- Vous réalisez les inventaires et localisations des articles en magasin.
- Vous proposerez des solutions structurelles afin d’améliorer le fonctionnement et ainsi diminuer le nombre d’erreurs/problèmes rencontrés.
- Vous êtes le responsable de l’équipe opérationnelle pour les services point de la région de Liège.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez une expérience pertinente de minimum 3 ans dans le secteur de la logistique.
- Vous avez une première expérience en gestion d’équipe.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des instruments MS Office.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de SAP (modules logistiques).
- Vous êtes orienté client
- Vous êtes capable d’assurer un suivi des missions qui vous sont confiées et êtes multitâches.
- Vous êtes orienté résultats et capable de travailler en autonomie pour résoudre les problèmes éventuels qui se présentent à vous.
- Vous communiquez (par écrit et oralement) vos idées de manière claire, concise et logique.
- Une expérience en gestion d’approvisionnement est un atout.
- Une connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
