**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Supply Chain coordinator for the Nestlé Waters category in the Benelux market. As such, you will be the enabler of the lean execution of the operations between the different departments (Customer Service, Demand and Supply planning, Warehouses, Transport ). You will also be the main contact of the 3PL to guarantee the best service at the lowest cost in accordance with the Nestlé’s guidelines. You will also drive improvement initiatives in project mode with the different services concerned.
**A day in the life of a Supply Chain coordinator**
- You assure the accuracy of the stock inventories.
- You monitor the warehouse capacity (storage capacity and loading/unloading slots) with the DSP and logistic teams.
- You assure with customer service and transportation hubs the respect of the customers deliveries on time and in full.
- You manage the quality issues linked to operations.
- You control the logistic invoices and monitor the costs of the 3PLs and pool pallets providers.
- You conduct the performance meetings with 3PLs and transportation hubs through KPIs scorecards and action plans.
- You guarantee the respect of the Nestlé procedures in the 3PL DCs and deploy the safety culture.
- You drive cross functional process improvement projects and follow the action plans.
- You build and maintain good relations with your internal clients and stakeholders to guarantee optimal collaboration and you act as flexible as possible.

- A person with at least 2-3 years of experience in logistics or in a relevant function in Supply Chain Management who quickly understand the business context and priorities.
- An autonomous leader with the capacity to embark the teams with him in a matrix environment.
- A stress resistant personality, able to multitask in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
- A result focus and continuous improvement mindset.
**You also have**
- A professional knowledge of English and speak French / Dutch.
- Knowledge of MS Teams, Excel and SAP. PowerBI is a plus.
