Logistics (Warehouse) Coordinator

Air Liquide is currently organized by geographical regions called clusters.
The cluster NEC (Northern Europe & CIS countries) is composed of Benelux, Nordics, UK, Russia and Kazakhstan. The headquarter is based in Brussels (Belgium).
A first central warehouse located in Belgium stores and dispatches equipments and spare parts for final customers and AL affiliates in the region NEC. A second one located in The Netherlands is dedicated to a specific equipment intended for several European affiliates.
The Warehouse NEC manages around 4000 SKUs (material references) with more than 150 suppliers. We are in charge of the replenishment process, the optimization of our supply chain costs and the satisfaction of our customers while keeping a high service level for products on stock.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
**As Logistics Coordinator you will be together with your direct colleague responsible for ensuring that our stocks of our warehouses are optimized.**
- **Having the correct articles and number of articles in stock we can deliver our customers fast to have a high customer satisfaction.**
- **Having direct contact with customers, suppliers and internal customers belongs to the day to day business.**
**Stock management & Replenishment**
- **Manage stock levels following business strategies and do stock level adjustments when needed**
- **Create and send orders to suppliers**
- **Follow-up suppliers on delivery status**
- **Anticipate and analyze shortages and take actions with suppliers**
- **Stock inventories & Postings**
- **Participate in meetings with suppliers, customers, procurement, finance and warehouse partners**
- **Detect and solve data quality issues**
**Customer Services**
- **Manage customers' requests on products delivery date / catalogs**
- **Treat and analyze claims**
- **Follows-up on urgent deliveries**
- **Assist customers into finding the right information
**Are you a MATCH?
**Your profile**:
**Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or an equivalent experience of min. 3 year in this field.**
**Languages**:
- **French and English : fluent**
- **Dutch : is a real plus**
**IT**:
- **Good knowledge of SAP is a pre**
- **Excel or equivalent tool (Sheet) : intermediate level**
- **PowerBI knowledge is a plus**
**Strong communication skills (written and verbal)**

**Additional information**
**Your working location will be at our offices in Evere (min. 3 days a week).**
