**Functiebeschrijving**
Regionaal ziekenhuis Heilig Hart Leuven koestert de ambitie om continu een lerende organisatie te zijn. Als Learning & Development coördinator zet je hiervoor de koers samen met het HR team en de leidinggevenden. Met jouw acties en ideeën creëer je een leer
- en een performancecultuur waarin medewerkers gemotiveerd zijn om zich blijvend te ontwikkelen.
- Je inventariseert en analyseert de leer en ontwikkelingsnoden. Op basis hiervan creëer je een geïntegreerd en ambitieus leeraanbod dat impactvol leren mogelijk maakt in lijn met de doelstellingen van de organisatie.
- Dit resulteert in een jaarlijkse opleidingskalender alsook individuele en functionele leer
- en ontwikkelingspaden, inclusief de wettelijke verplichte opleidingen.
- Je ontwerpt en implementeert de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je bent en blijft op de hoogte van Learning & Development trends, methodologieën, tools en vertaalt deze naar effectieve leervormen. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en actualiseert HR instrumenten inclusief e-learnings.
- Bovendien geef je vorm aan de feedbackcultuur en werk je tools uit die de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers sturen en hun prestaties optimaliseren. Hiermee leg je ook de basis om interne talent pools te identificeren.
- Je bouwt constructieve relaties uit met externe partners en met de andere ziekenhuizen binnen het Plexus-netwerk. Je bewaakt de inhoud en kwaliteit van bestaande en nieuwe partners.
- Je overziet een accurate registratie en optimaliseert daartoe de werking van het learning management system en faciliteert het zelfmanagement binnen de organisatie om hiermee aan de slag te gaan. Op basis van het LMS rapporteer je en volg je de compliance en de certificering van medewerkers op evenals de KPI’s rond Learning & Development.
- Je participeert aan of neemt het voortouw in diverse bredere HR projecten (retentie, welzijn, leiderschap, ). Daarnaast denk je mee in het vinden van oplossingen en methodes in het kader van continue verbetering.
- Je biedt in functie van de dienstnoden ondersteuning bij personeelsadministratie.

**Profiel**
- Je kan terugblikken op minimum 5 jaar Learning & Development ervaring waarin je de volledige leercyclus behartigde (behoefte-analyse, opleidingsaanbod, ontwerp van leervormen, evaluatie, ). Je hebt inzicht in leerprocessen van individuen en groepen alsook in leiderschapsontwikkeling.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door jouw relevante ervaring.
- Als Learning & Development coördinator ben je proactief en inventief.
- Je bent vertrouwd met LMS en e-learningplatformen.
- Je gaat met vertrouwen in overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je bent efficiënt en resultaatgericht inzake L&D administratie.
