**Omschrijving**:

- Na een korte opleidingsperiode word jij verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van nieuwe (en bijwerken van bestaande) werkinstructies en trainingsdocumenten: mee schrijven, aftoetsen met de realiteit op de vloer, laten reviewen door de nodige goedkeurderstotdat de documenten beschikbaar zijn in het documentensysteem voor training. Je wordt hierin gecoacht door een ervaringsdeskundige.
- Als TW volg je mee de activiteiten op de vloer, zodat je grondige kennis en inzicht verwerft in de afdeling. Dit heb je nodig om bruikbare werkinstructies te kunnen schrijven.
- We geloven sterk in teamwerk. In deze rol zal je samenwerken met meerdere partners binnen productie: technicians, uitvoerders van de documenten, project/process/quality engineers, SME’s, leads, trainingsafgevaardigde, proces owners, managers...
- Je coördineert het aanmaken en schrijven van nieuwe werkinstructies maar ook het bijwerken van bestaande werkinstructies en andere trainingsdocumentatie.
- Je waakt erover dat alle documenten correct ontworpen zijn, dat ze geschreven zijn volgens de schrijfmethodologie en dat ze voldoen aan alle wettelijke vereisten. Zo zorg jij er mee voor dat onze collega’s hun activiteiten met zelfvertrouwen kunnen uitvoeren en dat audits en inspecties vlot verlopen.
- Je werkt samen met een trainingsafgevaardigde (TA) om voor elke stap van het proces de ideale trainingsmethode te bepalen. Zo krijg je duidelijk zicht op de doelgroep voor elk document en draag je bij tot vlotte en efficiënte trainingen.

- (Wetenschappelijke) Master-opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Goed kunnen observeren, motiveren, organiseren, communiceren
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
- Hands on en quality minded zijn
- Kunnen omgaan met veranderingen binnen een start-up
- Sterke analytische en administratieve skills
- Goede kennis van GMP’s is een troef
- Werkervaring binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving is een troef
- Vlot kunnen werken met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,)
