We are looking for a **Sales Executive, (m/w/x).**Description de la fonction
**Sales / Meetings & Events requests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner as well as timely manner. '¢ Performing site inspections with customers as part of the selling process. Establishing contracts and legal documents with the client. Ability to actively 'hunt' new business with drive and determination to achieve targets Understanding the competitive landscape, local and feeder market dynamics, and changing customer needs to ensure property success. Prepare, analyze and write reports to outline business progress and opportunities. Records the statistics of he/his sales accounts. Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals. '¢ Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to build and develop long lasting relationships with clients. Sound business acumen with strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to effectively manage time, priorities and achieve deadlines Articulate verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation representing Tangla Hotel brand with pride and conviction Conducts outside sales calls to solicit existing and new guests. â Participation at tradeshows, forums and workshops also non country based events Increases sales volume and profitability (YOY). Keeps Sales Department informed of group booking status during the Sales and Revenue meetings.
**Description du profil**
- Personality wise we are looking for a hunter, proactive with her/his clients and always happy to help.
- Solution finder personality
- Significant Sales management experience (min 1 year) in a similar role
- Excellent presentation
- Full command of French and English is a requirement
- Dutch a definite plus.
