We zijn op zoek naar een Global Vendor Officer om onze dienst Global Vendor Management te versterken. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Global Vendor Manager
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Zoeken naar de beste oplossingen op de markt (in binnen
- en buitenland) op het gebied van goederen en diensten om aan interne klanten aan te bieden.
- De verwachtingen van de interne klant oplijsten door de functionele specificaties te bepalen.
- Marktonderzoeken uitvoeren, offertes aanvragen en erover onderhandelen met toeleveranciers om een optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te verkrijgen.
- Toezien op de correcte naleving van gemaakte afspraken (prestaties, kwaliteit, prijs, levertermijnen enz.). Bij het faillissement van een leverancier moeten zowel preventieve als corrigerende maatregelen worden genomen zodat zulke situaties zich niet herhalen.
De interne klant is betrokken bij elke fase van dit proces om te zorgen dat de juiste toeleveranciers worden geselecteerd.
Je taken
- Strategie en rapportering
- In samenwerking met de verantwoordelijken een inkoopstrategie en een leveranciersstrategie opstellen en systematisch op zoek gaan naar inkoopsynergieën binnen de organisatie. Je biedt ondersteuning voor de strategische en operationele inkoopprocessen.
- Projectbeheer
- De specifieke activiteiten van de Global Vendor projectmatig beheren, van de opstart tot de uitvoering en latere opvolging.
- Informatie aan de interne klant
- Alle relevante informatie meedelen aan de interne klant: nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de markt (overnames, nieuwe leveranciers, faillissementen, verhuizingen, prijswijzigingen, nieuwe technologieën, nieuwe producten enz.), logistieke veranderingen en ontwikkelingen, de status van een bestelling, enz.
- Lastenboek - eisenbundel
- De opstelling van lastenboeken/eisenbundels coördineren: lastenboeken/eisenbundels analyseren op het vlak van haalbaarheid en beschikbaarheid op de markt, de offertes natrekken op technisch en financieel vlak, waken over de naleving van alle relevante wet
- en regelgeving, enz.
- Marktanalyse
- Op regelmatige basis de markt van toeleveranciers analyseren.
- Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe opportuniteiten (nieuwe producten/diensten, nieuwe leveranciers) om de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te bekomen.
- De commerciële relaties met leveranciers onderhouden en alle relevante informatie communiceren aan de interne klanten.
- De mate van solvabiliteit, rentabiliteit en liquiditeit van leveranciers natrekken, zowel bij het aangaan van een nieuw contract als tijdens de looptijd ervan.
- Offertes opvragen en vergelijken
- Op professionele wijze offertes vergelijken op het vlak van kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid van de leveringen, ontwikkeling en ook de prijs.
- Offertes analyseren om te zorgen voor een correcte selectie van leveranciers.
- Onderhandelen
- Inkoopcontracten onderhandelen met een focus op TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) en met oog voor zowel kosten, waardecreatie als risicobeheersing, zonder hierbij de verwachtingen van de interne klant(en) te verwaarlozen.
- Verbintenissen aangaan
- Samenwerken bij de onderhandeling, de uitvoering en de opvolging van raamovereenkomsten, inclusief de vereiste SLA's.
- De lifecycle van de contracten met leveranciers beheren.
- Opvolgen van leveranciers
- De prestaties van toeleveranciers opvolgen: bij de eenmalige aankoop in uitvoering van de overeenkomst om te controleren dat de leveringen overeenstemmen met de bestelling, dat de vastgestelde SLA's worden nageleefd, enz.
- Ondersteuning van het operationele inkoopproces
- De verantwoordelijken bijstaan in de administratieve opvolging, reporting, contractenbeheer, controle en optimalisatie van de inkoopprocessen.
- De werking van de dienst GVM waarborgen in functie van de vastgestelde doelen:
- (Nieuwe) medewerkers informeren en begeleiden om een goede service te blijven garanderen.
- Fungeren als back-up voor de collega's bij afwezigheid.
Je profiel
- Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een inkoopdienst.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands / Frans en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je kunt uitstekend werken met de Office-suite, en in het bijzonder Excel.
- Je bent strategisch ingesteld maar je bent tegelijkertijd ook 'hands-on'.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden en je bent op je gemak in het contact met externe partners.
- Je bent empathisch, je kunt goed luisteren en je beschikt over de nodige maturiteit om efficiënt samen te werken door je aan te passen aan de uiteenlopende profielen van de interne klanten, collega's en leveranciers.
- Je kunt uitstekend onderhandelen, je hebt overtuigingskracht en werkt vlot in teamverband.
