**Mission**:

- Procurement is part of the Finance business line. Its mission is to contribute to an effective spend, contract and vendor management. Procurement strives to live by strong, fair and sustainable business ethics always.
- In its daily activities, the team cooperates with a wide range of stakeholders from other departments (e.g. legal, operational risk, IT, IT security, budget managers, end-users ).
- Procurement activities are conducted to the best of Candriam’s interests and in accordance with the Group’s policies and processes.

**Responsabilities**:

- As a Procurement Officer, you will support management and procurement Senior executives in the following tasks:

- Administration of procurement requests, PO and contracts for different procurement categories such as professional services, BIG4 consultancy services, research contract management and market data contract administration.
- Contract management.
- Vendor onboarding process support.
- Participating in developing more automation within the procurement services.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor/Master in Economics or equal, or specific to Procurement
- A first concrete experience in one or more of the following areas:
Asset Management Activity, Procurement Activity, ESG Data, Market Data, IT Consulting, Consulting, Contract Management, License Management.
- Knowledge of Procurement process.
- Knowledge of systems that support your day-2-day activity.
- Diplomatic.
- Pragmatic, Methodological, Autonomous.
- Organized and Structured, Rigorous, Analytical.
- Adaptable, Flexible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional awareness.
