**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Hoe ziet** jouw dag** eruit als recruiter?
- Opstarten doe je met een koffietje en een babbeltje met de collega's: gezellig toch?
- Jouw pen staat niet stil: aantrekkelijke **vacatures** vliegen de deur uit.
- Een kandidaat-vacature match? **Screenen **maar
- ** Plannen, plannen, plannen**. Eventjes kijken in de agenda wanneer je een diepte-interview kan inplannen met jouw match.
- Wie is de persoon achter de persoon? Dit zoek je als een detectieve uit in jouw **diepte-screening**.
- Laat die starters maar komen
**Kwalificaties**:

- ** Planmatig werk**: jij regelt jouw eigen klantengesprekken, screenings, voorstellingen allemaal zorgvuldig en zelfstandig in.
- Een combinatie tussen **zelfstandig werk en teamwerk.**:
- ** Administratieve afhandeling** via efficiënte systemen.
