Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.
**Functieomschrijving**:
We are looking for a SAP Expert to join our client’s Supply Chain team. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the operation and expansion of SAP solutions to support the logistics processes in our client’s workshops and warehouses. In addition, you will take on your role as SAP specialist in numerous innovative projects within the Supply Chain domain:
- You will support challenging projects that help our client to optimize their supply chain processes : you will participate in Blueprinting workshops, you will take the lead in capturing user requirements and translating them into functional specifications. You will think out-of-the-box about the best possible solution for our customer. Thanks to your business knowledge of logistics processes, you can also make suggestions for optimization in this area.
- You will think about integrations with other (SAP and non-SAP) systems and you will discuss your insights with the architects;
- You will work very closely within the project team. You will support the Project Manager and Scrum Master in providing estimations for analysis and testing work. You will follow up the development work;
- You will organize and coordinate both the functional tests and user acceptance tests, you will provide support in creating training material and coaching key users, and you will provide post-go live support.
**Vereiste ervaring**:
- You have **at least a bachelor's degree or you’re equivalent by relevant professional experience;**:
- You have **at least 2 years of experience with SAP WM and IM modules**. Knowledge of other SAP modules related to the logistics domain (SAP EWM, QM, MM) are a big plus. **You are** **SAP certified in some of these modules**;
- You have good knowledge of logistics processes. You can discuss this with external customers and advise him on this;
- You have experience working in project/scrum teams;
- Having knowledge of SAP OData, BRF+, and ABAP is a plus;
- Having knowledge of tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, OTRS, SAP SolMan is a plus;
- Having knowledge of the equivalents of the above logistics-oriented SAP modules in s/4HANA is also a plus;
- You have a strong analytical mindset. You bite into business requirements and search/analyze until you understand the problem and can convert it into an IT/SAP solution;
- You are prepared to constantly improve yourself and to continue to deepen your knowledge of the SAP story;
- You can work autonomously and you like to take initiative;
- You are a team player. Communicating and coordinating is in your blood.
- You are down-to-earth, modest and pragmatic : you do not think in problems but in solutions.
- You are **fluent in English, and Dutch and/or French.**
