**Innovation at the core of IBA RadioPharma solutions**
Our teams support hospitals and radiopharmaceutical distribution centers and they are focusing their passion and energy to shape the future and lead innovation projects by offering our customers adjustable production solutions.
The new Cyclone® KIUBE combined with the new version of the Synthera®+ automated synthesizer produce the widest range of radioisotopes and expand the production significantly.
IBA Radioisotope is proud to play a key role in major public and private projects such as MYRRHA project, aiming to design a new sub-critical nuclear reactor, and in building the new generation of accelerators to make radio-isotopes for cancer treatment; or in personalizing radiotherapy with the Theragnostic approach.

**General mission**:
Support one or several of the more specific functions within the marketing department: tradeshows, advertising, product support, communications, public relations, market intelligence, coordinating marketing materials, ensuring product literature is accurate and assisting in the development and launching of new products/services.
**Main tasks**:
- Manage Marketing or Medical affairs Projects and Communication
- Assigned Marketing projects or developments are led from briefing to acceptance. Respect project deliverables, budget and planning. Marketing campaigns must address target audience and convey messages required by the strategy. Implement excellence in day to day work. Improve processes whenever possible. Manage efficiently of external resources for a better output_
- Coordinate and organize exhibitions, customer events, external / internal events and focus group
- Tradeshow plan/focus group are implemented according to budget/timeline/customer satisfaction requirements_
- Develop, suggest, produce and communicate marketing material (offline and online)
- Marketing materials (leaflet, website, white papers) are produced and updated when required according to budget/timeline/requirements/corporate guidelines_
- Manage/Update CRM contacts
- Manage and qualify contact Data Base (with focus group participants) so that it is representative of the segments and targets defined by strategic marketing allowing targeted direct marketing actions_
- Support other market facing departments to ensure quality or clinical quality in all communication.
- Support Marketing, Sales, Sales support, Offering Development Group to ensure quality of documentation (sales support documents, quotations, presentation and messaging)_
- Ensure efficient internal communication of S&M information
- Set up procedures and tools allowing efficient and simple internal communication of the marketing or Medical affairs information (Market data, Brand & Product positioning, product documentation)_
- Follow up and report marketing expenses
- Track, follow up and report marketing spending to ensure the respect of budget_
- Conceive, manage, realize, communicate and budget marketing action plan to support strategic plan (in line with marketing strategy and objectives)
